Hello, I’m Zoë Ross, a psychotherapist based in Cheshire, UK and working online with clients all over the world.
If you’re a professional struggling with your psychological health after trauma, then you’ve come to the right place.
I support my clients with a range of issues, though I specialise in helping professional clients who need support to recover from the impact of relational trauma and abuse. This includes narcissistic abuse sexual abuse and people who have experienced a parent or romantic partner with dark triad personality traits.
I’m a warm, friendly and highly qualified psychotherapist, trained in a number of different psychological therapies.

I’d been to therapy several times before I met Zoë and she has helped me more than anyone else. She is kind, super knowledgeable, professional and fun. She just ‘got me’ and I can’t begin to tell you how she has helped me – I know she can help you too”. Paula

More about me
I have a keen personal interest in health and wellbeing, meditation, yoga and nature, which I also incorporate into my work with clients. My gentle giant therapy dog, Rupert, also makes a regular appearance in online therapy sessions and many clients find his presence calming and comforting.
In my previous professional career I was a teacher and bring my considerable experience in teaching and training into therapy to help explain sometimes complex psychological topics to my clients in way that is understandable and relatable. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist I also founded Mind Moose, a successful social technology company building digital tools to support early intervention in children’s mental health. This allows me to understand some of the challenges faced by my adult clients who are usually busy, successful professionals and to be an expert in supporting children and young people.
