I’d been to therapy several times before I met Zoë and she has helped me more than anyone else. She is kind, super knowledgeable, professional and fun. She just ‘got me’ and I can’t begin to tell you how she has helped me – I know she can help you too”. Paula

More about me
I have a keen personal interest in meditation, yoga, being outdoors and general wellbeing, which I also incorporate into my work with clients.
I’m also a fully qualified teacher, registered with the General Teaching Council. I bring my experiences of teaching and training into therapy to help explain sometimes complex psychological topics to my clients in way that is understandable and relatable. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist I also founded Mind Moose, a successful social technology company building digital tools to support early intervention in children’s mental health. This allows me to understand some of the challenges faced by my adult clients who are usually busy, successful professionals and to be an expert in supporting children and young people.
